Tour De Yorkshire

The Grand Depart 2014 brought the Yorkshire landscape to the attention of the World and as we wished others to share in the enjoyment of Ashley's painting locations it seemed a perfect collaboration to provide a map of the the two days of cycling alongside the stunningly dramatic locations of some of Ashley's paintings.

The Cycling Route is highlighted in blue with Day1 which started in Leeds and finished in Harrogate and Day 2 commenced from York to Sheffield.It was truly a fantastic event bringing the whole of Yorkshire together in celebration of God's County.

If you click on the blue pointers you can see how close the route takes you to numerous uniquely diverse Yorkshire landscapes that Ashley has captured in watercolour throughout his career as a professional artist.
